Return Policy & Refund
At SVibe, your satisfaction matters, and we’re here to make sure you feel confident with your purchase.
🇬🇧 🇪🇺 Returns – United Kingdom & European Union
In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers in the UK and EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
- The request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery
- A proof of purchase is required
Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate items that have been unsealed after delivery, used, or show any signs of wear. This exception is made in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent laws in the UK.
The 14-day period applies to submitting a return request, not the arrival of the return. After approval, customers must send the item back without undue delay.
Returns must be approved in advance. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse return shipping fees for international orders, including those placed within the EU and UK.
For all returns, we require that a trackable shipping method is used.
We cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit without tracking.
Please retain your tracking receipt as proof of return in case we need to locate your package.

Returns – All Other Countries
We do not accept returns on any orders outside of the UK and EU.
All sales are final for international customers beyond these regions.
We strongly encourage international customers to reach out with any product or shipping questions before placing an order. Our team is happy to assist.
Warranty
All SVibe products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If your product arrives damaged or becomes defective during normal use, please reach out through our Contact Page and we’ll be glad to arrange a replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (UK & EU only), the fastest way is to contact us via our Contact Page. Please note that we only accept exchanges if the product is unopened and still sealed in box.
Any applicable shipping fees related to the exchange process are the customer’s responsibility and are not eligible for reimbursement.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return (EU & UK only), we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provided to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us on the Contact Page.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs incurred are not reimbursed by SVibe unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pay import duties or taxes:
- Reshipment Fees: Customers are responsible for the full cost of reshipping. We will contact you once the parcel is returned to arrange payment for reshipment.
- Refunds: For customers in the EU and UK, a refund may be issued in line with your 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Store Credit Only: For orders outside the EU and UK, we will issue store credit for the value of the items (excluding original shipping fees). No refund will be provided.
- Unclaimed Packages: If we do not hear from you within 15 days of the return, your order will be marked as abandoned and no credit or refund will be issued.
We are not responsible for packages returned due to customer error or failure to comply with local import laws or tax requirements.
