All SVibe orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy. There is no mention of the brand or the contents on the outside.

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

We accept returns from customers in the UK and EU within 14 calendar days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened, unused, and still sealed in its original packaging.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

We do not offer returns outside UK & EU.

If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

For orders outside the UK and EU, we do not offer refunds — store credit may be provided on a case-by-case basis.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pay customs or import fees, please contact us as soon as possible through our customer support page.

Yes, we offer a 2 year warranty. The warranty will be applied to all purchases on our website and with our official retailers.

Please contact us through our contact form if you would like to get a replacement.

The SVibe warranty covers manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to a defect within the warranty period, we will replace it at no cost to you. 

While we aim to make all our products as enjoyable as possible, we understand that experiences can vary. But, because of the intimate nature of our items, we cannot accept returns once the packaging seal is broken. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of both our customers and our team.

Our devices come with a magnetic or USB charger. If you need a replacement, visit our SVibe Accessories collection to find the right charger for your toy.

We recommend to use warm water and our SVibe Toy Cleaner to maintain hygiene and extend the life of your toy. Warm water with mild soap can also be used.

We use only medical grade silicone for our devices. This material is non-porous, body safe, durable and easy to clean.
