Orders & Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please contact us at info@svibe.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. If your order has already shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.

No. We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or freight forwarding services.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer two options for U.S. customers:

  • Standard Shipping — $9.99 (free on orders over $129). Estimated delivery: 8–10 business days.
  • Express Shipping — $21.99 ($11.99 on orders over $129). Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days. Ships from a domestic U.S. facility.

Yes. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. The minimum order amount varies by country. For the U.S., free standard shipping applies to orders over $129.00 USD.

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Express shipping is currently available in selected countries only (including Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom).

Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 5 to 24 business days depending on the country. Remote areas may experience additional delays of up to 14 days. Specific estimates are shown at checkout.

Packaging & Privacy

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents. This applies to both domestic and international shipments.

Tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@svibe.com.

Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, especially for international shipments during customs processing. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

No. Customs duties and taxes paid by the customer are not reimbursed, even if the order is returned or refused.

Returns & Cancellations

Customers in the EU and UK have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order. However, intimate products that have been unsealed after delivery are exempt from return for hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

No. Shipping charges are non-refundable on all orders, including returns, refused packages, undeliverable shipments, and cancellations made after dispatch.

Packages & Address Issues

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address at checkout is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to claim the parcel, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

For customers outside the EU/UK, we will issue store credit for the value of the items (excluding original shipping). For EU/UK customers, a refund may be issued in accordance with the 14-day right of withdrawal. If we do not hear from you within 15 days of receiving the returned package, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund or credit will be issued.

Payment & Currency

Prices are displayed and charged in the currency shown at checkout, based on your region. Currency conversion is handled by Shopify at the time of purchase. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own exchange rate or conversion fees, which may differ from the rate shown on our site. SVibe is not responsible for any such differences.

Delays & Missing Orders

First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you need further help, contact us at info@svibe.com or through our Contact Page. 

Shipping delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, or other external factors do not automatically qualify for a refund. If your item is not delivered within a legally reasonable timeframe under your local consumer law, please contact us so we can work toward a resolution.
