Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy is effective as of June 10, 2026 and applies to all orders placed on or after this date. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to the shipping and delivery of products purchased through svibe.com (“SVibe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped and last-mile tracking becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
All orders are final once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, as we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed, even if you contact us immediately after purchase. Customers in the EU and UK retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery (see Returns below).
Shipments to remote or rural areas may experience additional delays of up to 14 days beyond standard delivery times.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including carrier issues, customs clearance delays, or force majeure events. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, carrier disruptions, civil unrest, government actions, and other events beyond our reasonable control.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping to Europe is coming soon.
Shipping rates and any applicable free-shipping thresholds are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address.
Remote areas within your country may experience extended delivery times of up to 14 additional days.
If no shipping option appears at checkout for your country, please contact our customer support team via our Contact Page for assistance and we will do our best to accommodate your shipping requests and area.
Returns (EU/UK only): We only accept returns from customers located in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Customers in these regions have a right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order under local consumer protection laws. However, please note that intimate products which have been unsealed after delivery are exempt from return due to hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. For all other regions, all sales are final once shipped and returns are not accepted.
3. Discreet Packaging and Tracking
All SVibe orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the nature of the contents. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details. A second tracking update with last-mile delivery information will be provided once available, giving you a more accurate delivery estimate.
Your tracking and shipping data is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
4. Delivery Addresses, Undeliverable Packages and Address Errors
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to claim the parcel, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for reshipment.
We ship to PO Boxes. We do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or freight forwarding services.
If you choose not to have the order reshipped, and the delivery country is outside the EU or UK, we will issue store credit only for the value of the items (excluding original shipping).
For customers in the EU or UK, a refund may be issued in accordance with your 14-day right of withdrawal.
If we do not hear from you within 15 days of receiving the returned package, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refund or credit will be issued.
5. Delayed or Missing Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check the tracking details provided. If you require further assistance, contact us at info@svibe.com or via our Contact Page. We will work with the carrier to investigate the delay and, where applicable, take appropriate corrective action.
Please note: Shipping delays due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or other external factors do not automatically qualify for a refund. If the item is not delivered within a legally reasonable timeframe under local consumer law, please contact us to resolve the matter.
6. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
7. Currency and Exchange Rates
All prices, including shipping fees, are displayed and charged in the currency selected or indicated at checkout, based on your region and browser settings. If you are shopping from a country with a different base currency than USD, your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or use their own exchange rate, which may differ from the rate displayed on our site. SVibe is not responsible for any such differences or charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
Currency conversion for orders is based on the exchange rate provided by Shopify at the time of purchase. All prices shown at checkout reflect the amount you will be charged in your selected currency, excluding any additional fees your bank or payment provider may apply.
8. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable. This applies to all orders, including returned items, package refusals, and undeliverable shipments. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs incurred are not reimbursed by SVibe unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect. All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
