Worked as advertised - that doesn't happen often!
Finally a bedroom accessory that actually does what it says. Definitely getting another for travel. Enjoyed by both him and her.

My wife and I were looking for something new and different to try and this was a great choice. It was our first SVibe toy, but definitely won’t be our last!

This product does not work as advertice. Don’t waste your money.

I’m 50 and I’m rediscovering a lot of things.
Jovi made everything feel light and natural again.

I never expected to fall in love with something called Jovi… but here we are.

We took it on a weekend away, thinking we might not even use it.
Spoiler: it stole the show.

The item isn't as described it doesn't stay put and the snail wobbles all over

Unfortunately just didn’t fo it for me. I felt like I had to continue to adjust the “snail” piece as it kept moving. Then the piece that’s below the snail kept hurting and had to adjust as well. Too many adjustments in the moment.

Shipping was a little slow but definitely worth the wait!!

Defective product, customer service is AI and no real human ever answer.

Cute toy and we enjoy it, but a little underpowered. The real issue is customer service. After I ordered, they claimed they couldn't ship to my PO box. Their AI agent gave zero straight answers across many emails. I only got a human after tagging their collaborators on Instagram. That human then told me to contact the carrier myself with a new address, info I had already handed the AI. When I refused, they said fixing their own shipping mistake wasn't their job. It took 6 weeks and about 6 hours of messaging over 2 weeks to get resolved, and it finally arrived at my original address anyway. They did refund me, which is the only reason this isn't 1 star.

Grrat product. I like it but the mrs LOVES it. Highly recommend.

Not a very comfy fit, and didn't work out well for us. Unfortunately they do not accept returns outside of EU/UK so now we are stuck with a product that was a pretty big disappointment.
If youre around the 7" mark, you might find that the front portion pokes under the back of your head and it is not very pleasant.

The videos make it look amazing but the functionality in RL hits in the wrong spot.

Remote did not work. Design was terrible. Physically hurt my partner. Would not recommend.

Customer service is terrible. It took so long to ship that i tried to cancel the order but they dragged their feet long enough that it shipped and won’t refund me the money. Not impressed with the product either.

The snail part is so flexible that it does not maintain contact. Could be a nice toy but proves to be useless

Works well. Not as awesome as I thought it would be but it works well. Might just need more use to get better.

Loose and didnt hit the spots. Very overpriced

The "snail" part is too floppy, as well as im not small but this toy made me feel smaller if its meant to be a restricting ring it should be tighter and have more stretch in that part

Absolute garbage. Dont believe the hype. Obviously paid reviews and posts. It is nowhere near as good as they say. And there customer service is terrible. 1 minth wait for delivery and they wiuldnt let me cancel at 2 weeks even though they didnt ship it at 3 weeks. Waste of money and hopes.
