Will it fit?
JOVI has two rings: with diameters of 1.18" and 1.97" across at rest, stretching comfortably to roughly 2.5" and 4".

Can I return it?
Not once the seal is broken, for hygiene reasons. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days in the UK and EU; elsewhere all sales are final. The 2-year warranty covers defects, and a claim doesn't need the product posted back. A photo or video is usually enough.Full policy.
How discreet is delivery?
Plain, unbranded shipping packaging. No product name, no imagery, nothing on the outside.
Lube and cleaning?
Water-based lube only. Silicone lube degrades silicone. Clean with warm water and mild soap, or SVibe Toy Cleaner. Both are IPX6, so rinsing is fine.
Let it dry completely before charging. The toy and the charging contacts both need to be fully dry. Charging while there is still moisture on the contacts can damage the charger, and it is the one care mistake we see most often. Give it time, or pat the contacts dry.
Can I use it with a condom?
Yes. Used correctly and with plenty of water-based lubricant, neither design should damage a condom. Check the condom during use and follow its manufacturer's instructions. No contraceptive method is 100% effective, and we can't guarantee protection in every situation.
